Private Pilates Training
Private Pilates Training is the most safe and effective way to learn and embody the Pilates Method. Private training is recommended for those who are new to Pilates, working with injuries or conditions such as osteoporosis, or who simply prefer a more one-on-one experience. Your trainer will create tailored workouts that are focused on your individual needs and goals. We recommend two to three Pilates workouts a week, so pairing a private or two along with our mat classes is a great option. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private and semi-private sessions.
We love creating personalized workouts for every body and specialize in working with clients with osteoporosis, diastasis recti, scoliosis, and dancer/athlete related injuries.

Semi-Private Training (or a duet) is a semi-private session for two students to receive an equipment session at once. This is a great way to get a tailored Pilates workout for half the cost of a private. We have a 24 hour cancellation policy for all private and semi-private sessions.

At Body Intuit we offer a unique and diverse class schedule in Pilates, Barre, and yoga that is designed to improve core strength, joint stability, balance, coordination, and reduce stress levels.
Pilates Intuit is a mat class that incorporates many of the exercises in the classical Pilates system as well as some contemporary exercises with props. This class targets the abdominals, glutes, and postural muscles while gaining balance, coordination, joint stability, and body breath awareness. This class always ends with a good deep stretch to finish your workout and make you feel amazing for the rest of the day!
Pilates Intuit (gentle) is same as above just slowed down with more modifications. Great for everyone including those seeking to protect and improve bone density. Very relaxing yet still receive all the benefits listed above!
Barre Intuit is a unique class that combines elements from Pilates, ballet, and yoga. You can expect low impact movements done at the barre and the mat to help build core and postural strength and create long lean muscles. Great for building leg and glute strength to lift the booty and tone your body head to toe!
Yoga Intuit is a Vinyasa (power) yoga class with fluid body breath transitions and a focus on building a strong and healthy core and spine.
Yoga Intuit (gentle) is a Hatha yoga class that will also build core and back strength but at a slower pace with a deeper focus on calming the nervous system.

Nutritional Coaching is a great option for those who are looking for ways to improve overall health and wellbeing through diet. Whether your goal is to shed some extra pounds, balance your hormones, uncover allergies or food sensitivities, or increase energy and vitality this could be a great way to get on track. This service comes in a package that includes three one hour sessions. By the end of the third session you will have a whole new outlook on food along with meal plans, supplement suggestions and a plan on how to reach your nutrition goals. After the initial nutrition package you can book individual sessions at any time to check in and continue your journey.
